Work continues on series

Work continues on the new series focused on endangered plants of the central coast. New pieces will be posting next week if all goes well with today's kiln load.

  1. Love the contrasting glaze colors! The shiny black interior is great.

  2. This series is coming along nicely. I really like this color combination the best yet. Are you doing any kind of hang tags to tell what the plants are? I could see some really cool tags that could be little works of art!

  5. Tracey - Yes! Hang tags are in the works! I at first was going to print them out myself, as I've done with earlier ones. But, man, I always fall behind and it's time consuming and inefficient to have to stop and make more... And then there is the incredibly high cost of desktop printer inks!... So, I'm having tags printed on 100% recycled paper. I should get them back in a few days and will post.

Thanks for visiting my blog and posting. Your comments (on mine and others' blogs) are always so thoughtful and helpful. I appreciate it!
